In the hospital I passed the mandatory screening tests and hearing test. My birth weight was 7lbs. and 11.8oz. My birth height was 20 1/2". I stayed in the room the entire time with Mommy. I did not sleep well in the little incubator they put me in. For the most part, I slept in my Mom's arms. That made it extremely difficult for her to get any sleep, but she didn't mind at all. Daddy was sound asleep on the couch next to her. He didn't have any worries and was sleeping like a baby. :)

When I went to my first checkup I weights 7lbs. 13 1/2oz. My height was 20 1/2" and my head circumference was 35cm. I really didn't grow any being as it was only nine days after I was born. The doctor's just had to do there exams to make sure everything was going good with no health problems. There weren't any.

I'm not sure why I went to the doctor's this time. I don't believe it was a check up. Anyhow, my weight was 8lbs 8 oz. which is in the 50th percentile for my age. I was 21 1/2" tall which was in the 25-50 percentile. MY head circumference was 36cm falling at 25-50%.

For my two month checkup I was 17lbs 12oz (75-90%), 25" tall (95-97%) and my head circumference was 39.4cm (50%). So my dad says I'm definitely going to be a basketball player. We will see about that. Who's to say what sport will be more interesting to me. But I am bound to be very tall.

This day was not a checkup. I went with a pretty bad ear infection. The infection reached its peal on the 24th when I was at my Granny and Paw paw's house. I just went in to make sure that things were getting better and the medicine was doing its job. My ear doesn't hurt anymore. The doctor said that everything looked good. Mommy was worried because I always grabbed that ear, but the doctor said it's all in comfort. Oh yeah, I weight 13lbs 8oz.

My fourth month checkup wasn't a great one. I was a whole 14lbs (50-75%), 26" tall (75-90%) and my head circumference was 43 cm (75%). So I am still growing. That's good to know. Unfortunately, this was not a good visit though. I had to get four more immunization shots. I screamed very loud this time. I believe I even scared the nurse. Mom had to blow in my face because I got so upset I forgot to breath. However, I am excited in the fact that I can start eating solid baby food now. I can have some fruits and veggies. But Mom insists that I hang in there for another month before she gives me something different. If you as her why, I'm sure it'll be "because I said so." That's such a motherly response.

This is the regular 6 month checkup. Everything is still looking good. I'm growing as I should according to the doctor. My weight is 17lbs 4oz, which is average. My height is 27 7/8" and yep, that's in the 90-95%. My head circumference is 43 1/4cm which is the 50th%.

I went to the hospital at night because I was running a fever of 101.4. All day I was just lying around while everyone held me. I didn't feel up to playing with my toys. I slept a lot. When we went to the hospital, the doctor told Daddy and Mommy not to worry about my fever. He also said there was nothing we could do about my cough. So I just had to wait it out. The concern, however, was over my ear. We saw a doctor in good timing because I just started getting an ear infection. So I didn't get any treatment for my cold/virus but for my ear instead.

This was another check up visit. I weighed in at 21lbs and 8oz (25-50%), my height was 30" (50%) and my head circumference was 46 1/2 cm (50%). I'm just tall and skinny.

I went in for a checkup. Everything was really good. Mommy was a little worried about my eating habits. I am very picky and tend to skip a lot of meals.  I am now 32 1/2 in. tall (50%), weigh 22 lbs 12oz (10-25%), and my head measured to be 41cm (50%).

1/30/2007
I had my two year checkup today. I am growing like I should be. I weighed in at 27 lbs (25-50%), height was 35 3/4" (75-90%), and my head circumference was 48 3/4 cm (50-75%). So I am gaining more weight and have a bigger variety in the foods I eat.

Here are all of the shots I have taken ad each time I go to a checkup this page will be updated. Don't worry I can't tell the difference of one shot to another. They all hurt just as bad. The first one stings, and then the others just build up my pain like it's never going to end.
